Pride Night two

Essencia Bakery is hosting its second Pride Night Friday April 17 for ages 16 and up. This is an evening event from 8 PM until 12 Am,  For more information call 575-5570. They are located at 4 N 3rd St in Yakima.

Domestic Partnership Bill

House bill 5688 is not in front of the Washington State Senate. It is known as the “everything but marriage” bill and would expand domestic partnership benefits. Yakima State Senator Curtis King voted in favor of last years domestic partnership bill. He is currently under attack via TV commercials and being urged to vote against this bill. If you have a chance, please email him at King.Curtis@leg.wa.gov and ask for his support of the bill.
